DENSO

DENSO Quality Assurance Co-Op (Instrument Cluster Division)

At DENSO, I worked in the Instrument cluster division as a quality assurance co-op. I spent most days in the parts analysis lab taking apart defect products and finding the root cause of the issue. I spent way too many hours soldering ICs and mini resistors, looking under a microscope for a tiny scratch on a PCB, and staring at an oscilloscope. I also spent time on the assembly line creating solutions that would prevent or fix a defect from occurring. I gained a lot of knowledge about debugging complex circuits, finding creative solutions to manufacturing issues, and how to solder a resistor the size of a spec of dust.
